System overview

設(shè)備巡檢管理系統(tǒng)常用于發(fā)電、水泥、化工、鋼鐵、變電站、輸變電等行業(yè)，通過定點(diǎn)定時(shí)的對設(shè)備周期性巡視來預(yù)防設(shè)備故障發(fā)生。對于設(shè)備密集型企業(yè)，設(shè)備部件繁多，任何一個(gè)部件出現(xiàn)問題都有可能影響設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行，異常停機(jī)都會給企業(yè)運(yùn)營帶來巨大損失。因此，通過連續(xù)不間斷的人工巡檢，對設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的異常情況進(jìn)行及時(shí)處理，避免設(shè)備故障或缺陷的發(fā)生，是企業(yè)常用的管理手段。

Inspection management system of equipments is commonly used in industries of electricity generation, cement, chemical, steel, transformer substation, power transmission and transformation. It prevents equipment from failures by timed and fixed periodic patrol inspection on equipments. As for equipment-intensive enterprise, there’re numerous and diverse of equipment parts. Normal operation of equipments may be affected if any one of the parts goes wrong. Cancel closedown will lead to huge loss for enterprise operation. Therefore, continuous manual patrol inspection without interruption is a common management tool for enterprise because it can dispose the abnormal conditions of the equipments in time to avoid equipment failures or defects.

縱觀國內(nèi)的設(shè)備巡檢系統(tǒng)要不設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜，操作復(fù)雜。很多功能在實(shí)際使用中實(shí)用性不大，手持機(jī)操作人性化設(shè)計(jì)不足，導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)場操作過程繁瑣。另一種是從巡更系統(tǒng)升級為巡檢管理，軟件功能受硬件設(shè)備限制，不能充分滿足用戶需求，而且由于數(shù)據(jù)專業(yè)化分析不足，系統(tǒng)提供給用戶的管理決策有限。Patrol

It is quite evident that design of domestic equipment patrol inspection system is complex and complicated to operate. Many functions are impractical in actual use, and manual manipulator operations are lack of humanization design. These deficiencies lead to complex operation process in site. As for another condition: patrol system upgrades to inspection management. In this condition, software function is limited to hardware device, cannot fully satisfy users’ requirements. Furthermore, system will supply users with limited management decisions because of insufficient specialization analysis of data.

From single chip inspection device to wince collector that based on barcode recognition, and then to the latest android palmtop up to present, Nanjing Hanjie Software Technology Co., Ltd makes use of Android intelligent hand-held patrol instrument, Rfid tag, wifi and integrates newest R&D equipment inspecting software, then a new general purpose equipment inspecting system was born.

System composition

系統(tǒng)由后臺管理軟件（B/S綠色軟件）、工業(yè)android手持機(jī)（附帶設(shè)備巡檢設(shè)備）、射頻信息卡組成。

The system is composed of background administrative software (B/S green software), industrial android hand held set (attach with equipment inspecting device) and radio frequency info card.

后臺管理軟件完成巡檢點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)信息、巡檢路線、巡檢計(jì)劃等設(shè)置，同時(shí)完成巡檢記錄查詢、到位率統(tǒng)計(jì)、設(shè)備參數(shù)圖表分析、漏檢統(tǒng)計(jì)、巡檢考核及其它統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能等。

Background administrative software is responsible for setting basic information of inspection point, inspecting routing, and inspecting plan, furthermore, it will complete inspection record query, arrival rate statistics, equipment parameters diagram analysis, missing inspection statistics, patrol inspection assessment and other statistical analysis function.

射頻信息卡用來標(biāo)識現(xiàn)場不同的巡檢點(diǎn)。

Radio frequency info card is used for identifying diverse patrol inspection point.

手持巡檢儀采用Android系統(tǒng)的工業(yè)級機(jī)型，結(jié)實(shí)耐用。除手機(jī)基本功能外，還具有條碼、RFID識別、WIFI通訊、拍照等功能,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)與測溫儀、測振儀的無縫集成。

Hand held inspection tour instrument adopts Android, which is industrial grade. It’s solid and durable. In addition to the basic function of mobile phone, it is provided with barcode, RFID identification, WIFI communication and camera. It can also realize seamless integration with thermo detector and vibrometer.

Ø The new equipment inspecting system adopts a simple design. It takes B/S structure. It can be initialized just by leading-in several simple excel templates, without long-time executing process.

Ø 采用兼容的工業(yè)Android機(jī)作為手持式巡檢儀，具有RFID標(biāo)簽和條碼識別，無縫集成多種智能設(shè)備巡檢設(shè)備，同時(shí)支持現(xiàn)場拍照、WIFI、3G通訊等功能；

Ø It adopts compatible industrial Android as portable check instrument; provided with RFID tag and barcode recognition; seamless integrates various intelligent inspecting device; supports photographing on the spot, WIFI, 3G communication etc.

Ø Abundant statistical statements and chart analysis supply administrator with multifaceted management tools. Strong practicability of statements is provided with assessment and contest basis for shift-group inspection.
